Volunteer policy,

Like many other sports associations, Top Klasse D.F.C. also experiences that it is difficult to attract volunteers for the various tasks and functions within the association. 

This means that the work that needs to be done falls on the shoulders of fewer and fewer people. In order to keep the association alive and grow, it has been decided that all members should contribute to the association in the form of volunteer tasks or performing a function.

The essence of the new policy is that a volunteer task will be mandatory for all parents/guardians of youth members (18 years and younger) of Top Klasse D.F.C. If parents/guardians do not want to work shifts, this can be bought off for $100 per year per playing member (maximum $200 per family). Playing members aged 19 years and older (seniors) are expected to schedule themselves for various volunteer tasks: Setting up fields & Braking down fields, administrative service, Referees,

The board hopes that - by providing volunteer services - the solidarity, conviviality and bond with the association will be even greater, so that the future of Top Klasse D.F.C. is guaranteed.
